Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and tb666 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a User's Account by tb666 under a promotion.
"KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before certain account actions are permitted.
"Prohibited Jurisdictions" means any country or territory in which use of the Platform is illegal or restricted under applicable law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the tb666 Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. This agreement takes effect from the moment you first access the Platform, whether or not you complete the account registration process.

tb666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. 3 Eligibility

Use of the tb666 Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout your use of the service:

You must be at least 21 years of age. tb666 is an adult-only platform. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing bets.
You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not expressly prohibited by local law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of gambling in your jurisdiction.
You must not be acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person when using the Platform.
You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, affiliate, or family member of a tb666 employee in a role that may create a conflict of interest.

Age verification: tb666 employs automated and manual age verification procedures. If you are found to be under 21 years of age at any point, your Account will be closed immediately, all Bonus Funds will be cancelled, and any deposits made may be returned at tb666's sole discretion pending investigation.

4 Account Registration and Security

To access the betting and gaming services on tb666, you must create an Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must notify tb666 promptly of any changes to your registration information by updating your account settings or contacting support at [email protected].

Each individual may hold only one active Account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — including through the use of different names, email addresses, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. tb666 uses technical measures to detect duplicate accounts and will close all associated accounts if multiple registrations are identified, with any outstanding balances subject to review.

You must choose a strong, unique password for your tb666 Account and must not share it with any third party.
tb666 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings.
All activity occurring under your Account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact tb666 support immediately. tb666 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to secure your credentials.
tb666 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to tb666 immediately.

tb666 reserves the right to request KYC documentation — including government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights or Account closure.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

tb666 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed at the time of transaction. The minimum deposit for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200.

All deposits are credited to your Wallet in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tb666 does not charge fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which tb666 bears no responsibility.

Deposit processing: bKash and Nagad deposits are credited within 30 seconds under normal conditions. Bank card and bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day.
Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are available to KYC-verified accounts only. You may only withdraw to a payment method you have previously used to deposit, or to a verified bank account registered in your own name.
Withdrawal processing times: bKash and Nagad withdrawals from verified accounts are processed within four hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day, subject to banking hours.
Withdrawal limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account settings and may be subject to change. High-value withdrawals may require additional verification.
Funds source: tb666 only accepts deposits made from payment methods registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be returned.

Anti-Money Laundering: tb666 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored. tb666 reserves the right to delay, block, or reverse any transaction that appears suspicious and to report such activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

tb666 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, deposit match offers, and other promotional incentives to registered users. All such promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. tb666 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits are stated in the individual promotion terms.
Bonus funds and real funds may be kept in separate wallets within your Account. The order in which funds are used for bets will be specified in the promotion terms.
tb666 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Any bonus already credited and partially wagered will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
tb666 may cancel any bonus and void any associated winnings if it determines that the promotion was claimed through fraudulent means, abuse of the bonus system, creation of multiple accounts, or coordinated exploitation with other users.
Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, device, IP address, or payment method.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on tb666 are subject to the specific rules for each sport, event, or game type as published in the respective rules sections of the Platform. The following general betting rules apply across all products:

Bets are final once confirmed. tb666 does not accept bet cancellations after confirmation except in cases of manifest error.
In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, misidentified events, or system errors — tb666 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to users' Wallets.
tb666 reserves the right to set maximum stake and maximum payout limits on any bet or accumulator at its sole discretion.
In-play (live) bets are subject to real-time odds changes and may be suspended at any time. A bet is only accepted once confirmed by the system, not when submitted by the user.
If an event is abandoned or postponed and not completed within a reasonable period as defined in the sport-specific rules, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
All cricket bets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches — are subject to the tb666 Cricket Betting Rules available on the Platform.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the tb666 Platform. Any User found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended immediately and may be subject to legal action:

Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sports events or casino games.
Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology that gives an unfair advantage over other users or the Platform's systems.
Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's code. Any such discoveries must be reported to [email protected] immediately.
Engaging in collusion with other users to achieve outcomes not possible through independent play.
Attempting to access another user's Account or to interfere with the Platform's security infrastructure.
Creating accounts for, or on behalf of, other persons, including facilitating access by underage individuals.

Consequences of prohibited conduct: tb666 reserves the right to freeze all funds in any Account where prohibited conduct is suspected, pending the outcome of an investigation. Confirmed cases will result in permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all balances including winnings, and where legally required, referral to the appropriate authorities.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the tb666 Platform — including but not limited to the tb666 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, text, data, software, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of tb666 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of tb666.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is used on tb666 under licence. Any reproduction or distribution of such content is strictly prohibited.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
The outcome of any bet or casino game, including those affected by manifest errors subsequently voided by tb666.

The tb666 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tb666 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors. tb666's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period preceding the relevant claim.

13 Amendments to These Terms

tb666 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When substantive changes are made, tb666 will provide at least seven (7) days' notice to registered users by email or by publishing a notice on the Platform, except where changes are required urgently to comply with a legal obligation or to address a security risk, in which case they may take effect immediately.

If you do not accept the amended terms, you may close your Account by contacting [email protected] before the effective date of the changes. Any bets placed and transactions completed before the effective date of the amendments will be governed by the version of the Terms & Conditions in force at the time of those actions.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to tb666's operating jurisdiction. tb666 operates as an offshore platform and users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all laws applicable in their own jurisdiction, including the laws of Bangladesh.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, transaction, or account action, users must contact tb666 support within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. tb666 will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and within a reasonable timeframe. Disputes not resolved through the support process may be escalated to tb666's internal disputes resolution team by submitting a formal complaint to [email protected].

tb666 does not make any representation that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Users access the Platform at their own risk and on their own initiative, and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
